A closely partnered developer acquired a multi-unit scheme spanning over 7,500m², with Westby Architecture appointed to maximise value across the site.

A development appraisal identified the opportunity to convert part of the scheme into 4 residential flats and a vacant unit into a martial arts studio.

Works currently in progress include proposals to connect two existing gables with a flat roof, unlocking additional commercial units within the roof space and further strengthening the client’s investment.
